Job summary

Radiance Technologies seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and serve as the main interface with government customers and Radiance leadership. You will drive program execution, translate requirements into measurable results, and ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives are met.

The role requires strategic and hands-on leadership in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master's degree in engineering, science, business, management, or 16+ years of equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years supervisory experience.
  • 5+ years experience with AFRL, NASIC, NSIC, universities, or similar government/academic orgs.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Government acquisition processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using project scheduling and tracking tools (e.g., MS Project).

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day execution of the contract, ensuring performance against cost, schedule, technical, and contractual objectives.
  • Serve as a primary customer interface to government stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of program managers, engineers, analysts, and technical subject-matter experts.
  • Develop innovative approaches and solutions to complex technical and programmatic challenges.
  • Understand and support U.S. Government acquisition processes, including requirements development and acquisition planning.
  • Establish and maintain program organizations, processes, and execution strategies aligned with customer requirements.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver program milestones and technical deliverables.
  • Communicate program status, risks, issues, and recommendations clearly in written and verbal form.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, senior government officials, and Radiance executive management.
  • Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain successful program execution.
  • Support business development, proposal activities, and growth opportunities.

Radiance Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and direct cross-functional, integrated teams while serving as a key interface with government customers and Radiance leadership. This position requires a leader who can operate effectively at both the strategic and tactical levels of understanding customer priorities, building effective teams, solving complex problems, and translating requirements into measurable program results. This individual will be responsible for driving program execution and ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives are achieved.

Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master's degree in one of the following: engineering, science, business, management, or 16+ years equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
  • Supervisory experience 5+ years
  • Recent and relevant experience working with the AFRL, NASIC, NSIC, universities, or similar government and academic organizations 5+ years
  • IT solution development and implementation experience
  • Familiarity with U.S. Government acquisition processes and practices.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to customers and executive-level management.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling and tracking tools.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on program cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer requirements.
