Job summary

ActioNet is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Federal Civilian IT programs in the Washington, D.C. metro area. The role requires a Public Trust clearance and offers hybrid work with travel to Vienna, VA and Suitland, MD.

You will serve as the primary POC for cloud, AI, data, and digital transformation services, driving performance and strategic growth for the contract. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in programs of record, 5+ years leading large IT teams with ITIL/Agile, PMP

Qualifications

• Eight or more years as a Program Manager for the Federal Government.
• Five or more years managing large Enterprise IT teams using ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience managing teams of 40+ IT professionals.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as POC for contract services, deliverables, and customer engagements.
• Lead contractor teams supporting Federal IT, Cloud, AI, and Data Science programs.
• Organize and manage contract operation support functions across tasks.
• Provide leadership for program and project management staff and client management.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with government executives and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers to develop roadmaps for AI adoption and cloud transformation.
• Create standardized reporting, KPI dashboards, and executive briefings.
