Acrisure is seeking a Program Manager to lead and execute large-scale programs that support our Client Service Center. You will govern multiple interrelated projects, align with strategic priorities, and drive business outcomes with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include strategy, governance, budgets, vendor management, and end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams, with emphasis on service delivery, operational optimization, and tech-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, PM, operations or related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent programs with dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, governance, and delivery of large-scale initiatives.
• Define roadmap, timelines, and success metrics aligned to objectives.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial accountability.
• Manage third-party vendors and external partners for performance.
• Provide executive status reporting and steer cross-functional communications.
• Lead resource planning and drive process improvements.
• Lead change management and adoption to ensure sustainment.
