Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, Technical Coordination, Product Delivery or related disciplines.
• Ability to document requirements, process flows, user stories and functional specs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate challenges into delivery plans.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, architects and operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Customer Experience, Commercial, Operations, and Finance to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements and user stories.
• Identify opportunities and propose technology-enabled solutions delivering measurable value.
• Break down opportunities into actionable work items enabling incremental value delivery.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and prioritization across initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams on requirements, design dependencies and delivery expectations.
• Support product backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery by ensuring requirements are complete and traceable.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and release readiness to meet business needs.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and actions, communicating status to leadership.
