Job summary

Tenant is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new payment processing solution across our SaaS platform. This role spans Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners, coordinating across Los Angeles and Bangalore.

The ideal candidate is a technical project leader who can structure complex workstreams, drive commitments, manage dependencies, and deliver a production rollout on schedule in a fast-paced SaaS

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project/program management experience in SaaS/fintech/complex tech.
• Experience leading large cross-functional technology implementations through production launch.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle from requirements to stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation plan for the new payment processor, from planning to launch and post-launch stabilization.
• Translate objectives into clear workstreams, milestones, dependencies, owners, and dates.
• Maintain integrated project plan and critical path across Product, Engineering, QA, Finance and partners.
• Drive accountability and identify risks, escalating with context and options.
• Document decisions, dependencies, and actions clearly across teams.
• Coordinate across teams in Los Angeles and Bangalore with time-zone cadence.
• Facilitate reviews, risk reviews, and executive status updates.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to keep work aligned with requirements.
