Job summary

Tenant is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation and rollout of a new payment processing solution across our SaaS platform. The role spans Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and external payment partners, coordinating teams in Los Angeles and Bangalore to deliver end-to-end program plans and go-live readiness.

This senior role requires strong technical project leadership in a fast-paced SaaS environment, delivering structure

Qualifications

7+ years of project/program management experience in SaaS/fintech or similar tech environments.
Proven track record delivering large, cross-functional tech implementations from planning to production launch.
Strong understanding of SDLC, requirements, dev, QA, UAT, release management and stabilization.
Experience coordinating distributed teams in the US and India preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end implementation plan for the new payment processor, from planning through launch and stabilization.
Translate program objectives into workstreams, milestones, dependencies, owners, and delivery dates.
Establish and maintain the integrated project plan and critical path across Product, Engineering, QA, Finance, and external partners.
Drive accountability for commitments and identify risks early.
Ensure requirements and decisions are clearly documented and understood.
