Job summary

Excited to manage a business with a global reach? Do you want to lead initiatives that will have a significant impact to Amazon's customer experience and bottom line? The Global Payment Products (GPP) business is looking for an experienced, self‑motivated, and highly analytical Program Manager with international/cross‑border technology experience to drive new and existing initiatives in collaboration with internal and external payment partners, pursue opportunities to expand the current product offering, and develop innovative solutions to help our Sellers around the world get paid with confidence and ease. The Program Manager will have the chance to launch new program and features, own the relationships with partners, drive global expansion, adoption, and innovation to safeguard seller trust for a strategically critical program for Amazon.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects, or experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

    The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
