Job summary

Amazon seeks a Program Manager I to join our Global Logistics Imports team. You will lead strategic cross-functional programs that optimize our global supply chain operations, leveraging data analytics, project management, and stakeholder management to drive operational excellence across vendor networks.

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • 2+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Amazon seeks a Program Manager I to join our Global Logistics Imports team. In this role, you'll lead strategic cross-functional programs that optimize our global supply chain operations. Key job responsibilities

A day in the life

You’ll start your day reviewing program metrics and addressing any operational challenges that arose the day prior. Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate with teams across the globe, from tech partners to logistics providers. You’ll lead project meetings, analyze performance data, and work on process improvements. You might develop a new reporting dashboard, strategize with stakeholders on program enhancements, or create executive presentations highlighting program achievements and opportunities.

Global Logistics Imports is dedicated to optimizing speed and cost in the movement of freight from global manufacturing hubs to Amazon’s international marketplaces. We serve both Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) sellers and retail direct import vendors. Our team leverages logistics providers and internal Amazon supply chain solutions to increase selection and lower costs for our customers. Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

  • Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
