Amazon Business Payments is reinventing how businesses pay and get paid. The role leads product delivery for a next-gen B2B payment infrastructure, focusing on agentic AI and global expansion from Seattle, WA.

You will own high-visibility goals and work with Payments, Amazon Business, Tax, Accounting, and Sales to shape scalable fintech solutions. The team emphasizes customer obsession, ownership, and collaboration across cross-functional partners; a strong track record in delivery and strategy

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• 10+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and solution requirements, working backwards from the customer with an understanding of the end-to-end customer experience for agentic AI and global expansion.
• Own delivery against high-visibility, company-wide goals.
• Partner closely with the engineering organization on developing and scaling the architecture to support business goals.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with senior leaders across Payments, Amazon Business, Tax, Accounting, and Sales.
• Create and present zero-to-one business ideas within the fintech space.
• Provide thought leadership to identify new ways to benefit customers and build scalable products.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop product and solution requirements, working backwards from the customer with an understanding of the end-to-end customer experience for agentic AI and global expansion
• Own delivery against high-visibility, company-wide goals

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• 10+ years of end to end product delivery experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority
• Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
