Job summary

Fastly is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Network Infrastructure to drive end-to-end build and deployment plans across our global edge network. You will coordinate across Network Operations, Data Center Provisioning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to ensure timely delivery of large-scale site builds and expansions.

The role requires 5–7+ years in large-scale infrastructure programs, fluency in data center hardware, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years driving large-scale infrastructure programs within cloud services, CDN, OTT, data center, or telecommunications environments.
• Technical fluency in data center and network infrastructure architecture, including power specifications and hardware deployment.
• Experience in a Production Engineering environment with focus on Network Engineering, Acquisition, or Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end development and execution of build and deployment plans.
• Lead complex, large-scale infrastructure projects including new site builds and decommissioning.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments to ensure accountability and delivery.
• Establish reporting frameworks for deployment timelines, risks, and project health.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven mitigation strategies.
• Analyze workflows to standardize and automate processes for faster delivery.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships for hardware and services.
• Collaborate as a core member of a high-impact team building the global edge network.
