Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking a Program Manager for National Accounts to oversee multi-geography enterprise projects and strategic account programs. You will coordinate across areas to ensure service delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction for major clients.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive project management experience, and proven ability to manage national/global accounts with a focus on quality, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Business, Engineering, Project Management or a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years progressively responsible experience in project management and/or project coordination for complex systems.
• Proven ability to manage national/global/strategic account relationships and deliver professional services.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs for regional financial, strategic financial, Fortune 1000, global accounts and enterprise customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Field Support to align on account plans and performance metrics.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within the Securitas Technology framework.
• Ensure contracts and project plans meet timelines, budgets and customer standards.
• Provide leadership and decisions during project execution and conflict resolution.
• Gather formal customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
