• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.

• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Catalog Strategy & Governance: Define, own, and execute the end-to-end catalog strategy for Global Manufacturing & Distribution Services. Align catalog governance standards with the Global Procurement Central Services team.
• Program Execution & Delivery: Lead cross-functional programs that translate sourcing decisions and supplier negotiations into measurable catalog outcomes. Manage program timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
• Spend Compliance & Adoption: Design and implement frameworks that drive enterprise-wide spend compliance with preferred supplier programs and negotiated contracts. Track adoption rates and buying behavior.
• CSI Category Liaison: Serve as the dedicated interface between the Global Manufacturing & Distribution Services category team and Strategic Initiatives.
• Savings Realization: Own savings pipeline and report on financial performance against plan.
• Catalog Operations Transformation: Redesign catalog administration processes to reduce fragmentation and enable proactive management; partner with technology teams to automate workflows.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with sourcing managers, procurement leaders, operations teams, finance, and technology partners; present program updates and savings reports to senior leadership.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into catalog health and savings performance.
