Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, part of the Healthcare Technology Transformation Group, seeks a Program Manager to oversee analytical support services for the DoD Office of Net Assessment (ONA). You will plan, execute, and supervise tasks, manage personnel, and coordinate with Government stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality results.

You will oversee subcontractors, monitor performance, and maintain communications across teams to meet contractual objectives while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience within the DoD.
• Experience managing complex programs, projects, or analytical support activities.
• Experience coordinating and supervising personnel in a Government contracting environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet availability requirements and work with Government customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of ONA Task Order sub-tasks per the Performance Work Statement and schedules.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and monitor program activities to meet deadlines and standards.
• Develop and maintain contractor personnel schedules and work assignments.
• Supervise personnel and provide direction on priorities and performance expectations.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to align with contract requirements.
• Monitor performance, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Review deliverables for quality and compliance with requirements.
• Track status, milestones, deliverables, staffing, and risks; report to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for day-to-day operations.
• Communicate policies, goals, and expectations to assigned personnel.
• Coordinate with Government personnel to ensure effective task execution.
