Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities include managing stakeholders, tracking critical milestones, ensuring governance and best practices, and delivering comprehensive project reports. You will lead interface with suppliers and design teams, assess cost controls, and provide technical guidance to owners and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to work effectively with the broader team.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Apply best practices on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Manage interfaces between all suppliers via monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Ensure regular communication and information flow within the project team.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
• Support local design teams per commission criteria.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field.
• Provide guidance on cost control, value engineering, and constructability.
• Independently review status reports, drawings, timelines and costs from designers and contractors.
• Assist in developing relationships with clients to maximize new opportunities.
• Offer strategic thinking guidance for project objectives and business goals.
• Capture key learnings and improve internal processes.
