• Mastery of enterprise-wide Fleet Ordnance programs including RSSI, ordnance maintenance/repair, and explosive handling facilities.
• Ability to develop and direct strategic plans and priorities for a complex organization across multiple regions (CONUS/OCONUS).
• Experience negotiating with senior military leaders and key DoD/Federal agency officials.
