Amazon’s Last Mile Rental (LMR) team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to own end‑to‑end programs spanning fleet operations, vendor management, and cross‑functional strategy in Arlington, VA. You will drive capacity planning, deployment, and performance improvements while communicating results to senior leadership.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure scalable, data‑driven processes and a seamless delivery network that supports millions of customers daily.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Aufgaben

• Vendor Management: Oversee day-to-day relationships, performance of LMR vendors, external partners; holding vendors accountable to SLAs and drive continuous improvement.
• Capacity Planning & Deployment: Support strategic planning for LMR fleet capacity, vehicle deployment, and resource allocation across the network.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination: Serve as the connective tissue across Amazon Global Fleet & Products teams and external FMC teams, ensuring alignment, surfacing risks, and driving resolution.
• Program Execution: Lead implementation of projects impacting broader LMR operations, from requirements gathering through execution and post‑launch review.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze LMR performance metrics including utilization rates, vendor performance, and fleet health; generate Weekly Business Review narratives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Draft and deliver concise, data‑driven updates to Amazon senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.
• Process Improvement: Identify and close coordination gaps; build scalable processes and documentation to improve operational efficiency.
