Job summary

Field AI is seeking a Program Manager to lead large, complex technology programs for top enterprise industrial customers. You will bridge customer executives with Field AI’s Product, Solutions, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure technical, operational, and business objectives are met.

You will oversee multiple interdependent workstreams, establish accountability, and indirectly lead Technical Project Managers responsible for development and deployment projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate business objectives into program requirements and milestones.
• Experience leading multiple interdependent workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large, complex customer programs from scoping to deployment and handoff.
• Interface between executive customer stakeholders and Field AI product/solutions/engineering/delivery.
• Translate business objectives into program requirements, priorities, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans: scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, deliverables.
• Indirectly lead a team of Technical Project Managers across workstreams.
• Establish program governance with steering, reviews, status reporting, escalations.
