Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a highly strategic Group Director, Program Manager to lead a large AI-enabled engineering partnership with a premier enterprise client. You will bridge localized business units with a centralized MarTech team, shaping a new operating model and driving ROI for executives.

You will govern intake, alignment, and reporting, while coordinating with Senior Engineering leads to ensure scalable, repeatable playbooks and measurable success across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management, product operations, product management, or technical account management.
• Ability to navigate matrixed enterprise organizations and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Experience building intake matrices, triage workflows, and operational playbooks.
• Excellent communication to translate technical challenges into business impact.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud architecture, and AI tech.

Responsibilities

• Design, own, and refine a structured intake framework for requests.
• Host strategic consultations to align business requirements before development.
• Coordinate with TPMs and engineers to align with roadmaps and scale programs.
• Forecast demand and orchestrate capacity to match evolving roadmaps.
