Job summary

Field AI is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex technology programs for enterprise industrial customers, acting as the primary bridge between customer executives and Field AI’s Product, Solutions, Engineering, and Delivery teams.

You will oversee multiple interdependent workstreams, drive governance and milestones, and indirectly guide Technical Project Managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and successful deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience in large, customer-facing tech programs.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while coordinating multiple teams.
• Experience at a technology company with enterprise software, robotics, or AI is preferred.
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams and project managers.
• Strong understanding of product development and technology delivery lifecycles.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong financial and commercial judgment, including budgets and scope changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large, complex customer programs from scoping through deployment and handoff.
• Interface between executive stakeholders and Field AI’s Product, Solutions, Engineering, and Delivery groups.
• Translate objectives into clear requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans for scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Indirectly lead Technical Project Managers to align workstreams with program goals.
• Establish program governance, steering meetings, reviews, and escalation paths.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to executives and technical teams.
• Identify and resolve execution challenges and dependencies.
• Align product roadmaps with customer commitments and technical feasibility.
