Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale Financial Health and Community Programs into new markets.
• Translate program concepts into scalable experiences with structured problem solving.
• Lead end-to-end program management including timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships to ensure successful implementation and buy-in.
• Lead and develop a moderate-sized team driving mission-driven programs in Capital One Cafes.
