Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate financial risk and stop bad actors from profiting by building tools and setting policies that control how quickly sellers are paid and disburse.
• Own and communicate strategic vision, updates, goals, policy changes and roadmap to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Deliver results and execute multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously.
• Operate with a high degree of independence in ambiguous spaces.
• Set and achieve challenging goals to solve problems and drive efficiency through automation.
• Develop scalable solutions for future challenges in resource-constrained environments.
• Build trust with cross-organizational stakeholders using data to influence and drive consensus.
• Quantify impact with analytics and investigation techniques; Advanced Excel is a minimum.
