UKG is seeking a Director, Global Process Owner – Record-to-Report to define and shape UKG’s global R2R capabilities, reporting to the VP of Finance Digital Enablement. You will partner with CAO, IT, AI & Automation, and external tech partners to modernize accounting through process innovation and digital technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Accounting, Finance Transformation, Enterprise Process Management, Digital Enablement, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes, accounting operations, financial reporting, close management, and internal controls.
• Proven success leading large-scale business process transformation and technology modernization initiatives within complex global organizations.
• Experience developing business roadmaps and transformation strategies involving ERP, financial close, reporting, and governance technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies and their application within Finance operations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across Finance, IT, and business organizations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, relationship management, and change leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define the Future of Record-to-Report and develop a long-term strategy and roadmap.
• Lead Finance Transformation to simplify processes and modernize ways of working.
• Drive AI, automation, and digital innovation across the R2R landscape.
• Own the R2R transformation roadmap and align investments with business objectives.
• Lead portfolio governance, value realization, and performance reporting.
• Build strategic partnerships across Accounting, Finance, IT, Internal Audit, and leadership teams.
• Develop organizational capability and coach leaders through complex change initiatives.
