Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal Program Manager, Finance Digital Enablement, to lead complex, enterprise-scale transformation programs across the Finance organization. You will partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders to deliver strategic initiatives from planning through deployment and value realization.

The role requires exceptional governance, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive adoption of new technologies, AI, and automation within a global, remote-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex transformation programs across Finance and IT.
• Experience with Finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
• Strong governance, risk management, and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs with business impact and executive visibility.
• Define objectives, scope, governance structures, milestones, and success measures.
• Translate strategy into executable delivery plans and ensure alignment across Finance and IT teams.
• Establish governance models, reporting, and escalation paths for stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints to keep programs on track.
