Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal Program Manager, Finance Digital Enablement to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs across the Finance organization. You will partner with Business Owners, Global Process Owners, and IT Product Owners to drive strategy from planning through deployment and value realization.

This senior role emphasizes structure in ambiguity, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering meaningful business outcomes including AI and automation initiatives and operating model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex transformation programs in large organizations.
• Experience with Finance processes such as R2R, P2P, O2C, Treasury, Tax.
• Experience with enterprise technology implementations, system integrations, and testing.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management, executive reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience partnering with change management and communications teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to evaluate business cases and value realization.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs with significant business impact and visibility.
• Define objectives, scope, governance, milestones, resources, and success metrics.
• Maintain integrated view across processes, technology, data, controls, and readiness.
• Drive execution from mobilization through stabilization and ownership transition.
• Translate strategy into actionable delivery plans with sequencing and dependencies.
• Align cross-functional teams to business objectives and success criteria.
• Coordinate across Finance, IT, Procurement, Sales, Treasury, HR, Internal Audit, and partners.
• Establish governance models, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and scope changes with mitigation plans.
• Partner with IT Product Owners and vendors to align tech with business goals.
• Drive change management, communications, training, and adoption activities.
• Deliver measurable business value and monitor benefits realization.
