Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Accounting, Finance Transformation, Enterprise Process Management, Digital Enablement, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in Record‑to‑Report processes, accounting operations, financial reporting, close management, and internal controls.
• Proven success leading large‑scale business process transformation and technology modernization initiatives within complex global organizations.
• Experience developing business roadmaps and transformation strategies involving ERP, financial close, reporting, and governance technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies and their application within Finance operations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across Finance, IT, and business organizations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, relationship management, and change leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define the future‑state operating model for Record‑to‑Report and set enterprise standards.
• Lead transformation programs to simplify processes and modernize finance tools.
• Drive AI adoption, automation, and digital innovation across Finance operations.
• Develop and govern a multi‑year transformation roadmap aligned with Finance strategy.
