Job summary

LMI seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a major VA digital modernization and AI program in the Tysons area. You will oversee a 20+ person team and an integrated subcontractor group, driving delivery, staffing, risk, and adoption across multiple workstreams.

You will cultivate VA relationships, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with market leadership to expand LMI’s presence while ensuring rigorous program governance and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with 12+ years of experience managing complex federal programs.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large portfolios.
• Experience building client relationships and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day leader for a complex federal program with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate delivery, staffing, risk, schedule, and financial performance.
• Manage a portfolio valued at $10M+ in annualized value and oversee subcontractors.
• Build trusted VA relationships and translate mission priorities into delivery.
• Provide executive briefings and ensure compliance with federal standards.
