Job summary

LMI Government Consulting in Tysons, VA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large federal modernization program for the VA, directing an embedded team of 20+ professionals across program management, design, analytics, and engineering.

You will own day-to-day delivery, manage a $10M+ annual portfolio, drive growth, maintain client relationships with VA executives, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, public administration, information systems, engineering, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Progressive experience leading complex federal programs and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to lead senior client-facing relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing portfolios with significant annual value and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day leader for a complex federal program, providing integrated leadership across client delivery, people, partners, financial performance, risk, quality, and strategic priorities.
• Lead a ~20+ person multidisciplinary team and integrated subcontractor team with clear accountability.
• Maintain visibility across concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and customer priorities.
• Own program planning, performance reporting, and governance, with executive-level visibility.
• Manage a $10M+ annual value portfolio while maintaining strong delivery performance.
