Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead the deployment and evolution of LIGER, an enterprise AI platform. You’ll be the senior technical owner, bridging hands-on engineering execution with federal leadership, mitigating risk, and ensuring AI capabilities support mission outcomes.

This role requires an active Secret clearance, deep cloud and federal compliance expertise, and the ability to coordinate complex development efforts with senior stakeholders to deliver end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, and cloud deployments including security.
• Experience implementing GenAI platforms, AI agents, or AI-enabled workflows in federal environments.
• Experience interfacing with senior stakeholders and delivering roadmaps from scratch.
• Familiarity with federal standards for digital, cloud, cyber, and data systems.
• Experience with federal stakeholders and partner contractors.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for LIGER deployment and GenAI development aligned with mission priorities.
• Translate mission needs into architectures and agent-based solutions integrating with cloud environments.
• Oversee AI platform deployments, agents, and data pipelines while mitigating risk.
• Partner with stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into cloud and enterprise IT environments.
• Develop technical documentation including architectures and workflow specs.
• Provide technical guidance to personnel and partner contractors.
• Stay current on GenAI patterns, cloud infrastructure, and federal standards.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data governance, and AI risk management compliance.
• Control cost efficiency and prevent overruns in platform delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and management.
• Manage deliverables, schedules, budgets, and team performance through lifecycle.
