LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the VA Digital Modernization & AI program in Tysons, VA. You will serve as the embedded program leader, accountable for delivery, staffing, risk, schedule, quality, and partner integration.

You will guide a 20+ person multidisciplinary team and a subcontractor network, coordinating use-case prioritization, design, piloting, implementation, and measurement across multiple workstreams. VA experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading complex federal programs and portfolios.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Strong executive communication and client-facing leadership.
• Experience with VA or federal health programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day leader for a complex federal program with integrated delivery.
• Lead 20+ person multidisciplinary team and integrated subcontractor teams.
• Set expectations, coach, and address performance issues directly when needed.
• Maintain visibility across concurrent projects and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Own program operating rhythms, planning, performance reporting, and escalation.
• Manage a $10M+ annualized value portfolio with staffing and forecasting.
• Lead subcontractor and partner integration and accountability.
• Build trusted VA relationships and translate priorities into delivery.
• Advise customer with informed recommendations and strategic guidance.
• Contribute to growth strategy, investment decisions, and organizational priorities.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and adjacent-market expansion.
• Collaborate with market leadership on strategy, capture, and proposals.
• Attend industry conferences to strengthen visibility and relationships.
• Develop partnerships to strengthen delivery capabilities and future opportunities.
• Connect client challenges with capabilities to design integrated solutions.
• Identify risks early and mitigate to protect program health.
• Deliver executive briefings and program reviews for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, security, privacy, and quality standards.
• Continuously improve operations and leadership depth.
