Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in program management, events, executive communications, or business operations
• End-to-end management of executive events, offsites, and speaking engagements
• Influencing VP- and Director-level leaders without direct authority
• Building processes, operating rhythms, and playbooks from scratch
• Strong executive writing skills (briefings, talking points, run-of-show docs, recap notes)
• Understanding of sales or go-to-market organizations
• Proactive risk management and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience in marketing events or communications
• Experience scaling work through playbooks, AI-enabled workflows, and automation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee staff competence development.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand to plan feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specs and procedures.
• Review and approve contracts and cost estimates.
• Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.
• Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
