Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Program Manager III for an on-site role in New York, NY to lead non-IT programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage resources from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, extensive program management experience, and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

PMI/PMP certification is preferred and the role offers a competitive hourly compensation range.

Responsibilities

Coordinate projects by creating detailed execution plans and directing the integration of technical activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and strategic findings to key stakeholders.
Direct project personnel, assign work tasks, and evaluate performance to maintain high standards.
Analyze technology options, resource requirements, and market demands to assess project feasibility.
Collaborate with management, production, and marketing staff to align project specifications.
Review and recommend contracts, cost estimates, and design changes.
Consult with stakeholders to define and refine detailed project specifications.
