Job summary

The University of Louisville Health Sciences Center invites applicants for a Program Manager II of Evaluation and Assessment. This role leads the Evaluation and Assessment Subcommittee, ensuring accurate measurement of student learning and program effectiveness in alignment with accreditation standards.

Collaborating with faculty and leadership, you will advance data-driven decision-making, oversee data management, and drive continuous improvement across the Undergraduate Medical Education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and six (6) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Master's degree in education leadership and organization in higher education or related field preferred.
• Experience with assessment design, data interpretation and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for the Evaluation and Assessment Subcommittee across the curriculum.
• Lead data collection, analysis and reporting of assessment results to faculty and leadership.
• Train faculty on assessment methods and support educational technologies.
• Coordinate documentation and records for committees and oversight bodies.
