Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and six or more years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with assessment design, data interpretation and feedback delivery.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards in higher education and medical education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full scope of operation for the Evaluation and Assessment Subcommittee.
• Lead the collection, management and analysis of assessment data across curricula.
• Report results to faculty, course directors and senior leadership.
• Provide insights to inform curriculum design and improvements.
• Lead program evaluation initiatives including course and faculty evaluations.
• Train faculty on best practices in assessment design and data interpretation.
