Job summary

The University of Louisville is seeking a Program Manager II of Evaluation and Assessment in the Department of Undergraduate Medical Education. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with six years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong background in evaluation, assessment design, and data analysis.
• Experience aligning assessment with accreditation standards (LCME or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Oversee evaluation and assessment operations for the Evaluation and Assessment Subcommittee.
• Lead data collection, analysis and reporting to faculty and leadership.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of evaluation data and documentation.
• Coordinate curriculum-wide assessment initiatives and program improvement.
• Train faculty in assessment design and data interpretation.
