Job summary

University of Pittsburgh seeks a Director of Program Evaluation, CQI, and Accreditation to lead medical education evaluation operations and ensure LCME compliance. This role directs evaluation measures, strategic planning, and accreditation activities within the Office of Accreditation and Continuous Improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of experience, with strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 7 years experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in CQI and accreditation.
• Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, and prioritize functions and projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads team and directs medical education program evaluation operations.
• Designs and implements program evaluation measures and executes ongoing CQI and accreditation efforts.
• Leads strategic planning and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Supports personnel in program evaluation, communicates recommendations, and contributes to research.
• Develops annual budgets and performs related financial duties.
