Job summary

Zero Impact Energy Group is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the cloud-based CSMS delivering thousands of EV charging stations online. You will drive the roadmap, work across backend, firmware, hardware partners, QA, and field operations, and serve as the primary technical interface to charger manufacturers, CPOs, eMSPs and enterprise fleets.

The role requires hands-on leadership in OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1, cloud-native architecture, and a proven track record delivering

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program or engineering management roles delivering backend or IoT platforms.
• 3+ years in EV charging, energy, telematics or connected-device systems.
• Strong understanding of .NET Core / C# backend systems and async programming.
• Hands-on experience with WebSocket-based, long-lived connection systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own CSMS technical roadmap, scope, phase gates, release cadence; align with commitments.
• Translate requirements into epics, acceptance criteria and milestones.
• Lead quarterly planning, reviews, and leadership updates with non-engineers as audience.
• Oversee OCPP implementation and interoperability across profiles; sign off on charger onboarding.
