Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for position and ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance (Tier 5)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project/program management or business operations
• Experience building relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines
• Past leadership experience directing teams or projects to completion

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and execution for space hardware
• Coordinate with programs and support functions to optimize hardware pipelines and deliveries
• Plan resources from engineering, operations, and supplier management for cross-functional teams
• Perform capacity and throughput analyses for resources
• Manage cost, schedule, technical, and risk aspects from development to delivery
• Develop and maintain Earned Value baselines and status to plan
• Lead project startup and close-out activities and document lessons learned
