Job summary

Loftware is hiring a Principal Program Manager to identify, shape, and execute complex value-creation programs across the organization. The role reports to the Chief of Staff and focuses on growth, operational performance, and strategic initiatives that deliver enterprise value.

Hybrid work is available at multiple locations. You will lead cross-functional programs, manage scope and risks, and help strengthen the PMO through governance, templates, and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field is required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or program management roles in software/tech.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate value creation levers across revenue, cost, and efficiency.
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional value creation programs.
• Drive execution of priorities with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Translate strategy into objectives, roadmaps, and milestones.
• Support enterprise systems transformation and data governance initiatives.
