Job summary

Loftware is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead cross-functional value-creation programs and enterprise systems transformation. This senior IC will shape opportunities, drive strategy to execution, and partner with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will manage complex initiatives, establish roadmaps, governance, and reporting, while building internal PMO capabilities and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, program management, or project management in software/tech.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs and projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strategic execution.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
• Experience with enterprise systems transformation and cross-functional process redesign.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate value-creation levers across revenue growth, cost optimization, operational efficiency, customer retention, and innovation.
• Lead cross-functional value creation programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high standards.
• Drive execution of existing priorities aligned with overall strategy and stakeholder expectations.
• Translate enterprise strategy into program objectives, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead enterprise systems transformation initiatives modernizing core business applications and data flows.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to map current and target-state landscapes and roadmaps.
• Align process, data, systems, and change workstreams for adoption and value realization.
• Strengthen PMO capabilities with tools, templates, governance, and reporting.
• Own day-to-day program management and escalate risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Establish and track OKRs and provide concise updates linking execution to strategy.
• Maintain effective communication with executives, business units, customers, partners, and vendors.
