Job summary

Field AI is seeking a Program Manager to lead large, complex technology programs for enterprise industrial customers. You will serve as the primary bridge between customer executives and Field AI’s Product, Solutions, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure technical, operational, and business objectives are met.

You will oversee multiple workstreams, establish accountability, and guide Technical Project Managers who manage development and deployment projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience in large, complex technology programs.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget with multiple teams and dependencies.
• Experience at a technology company in enterprise software, robotics, AI, or industrial tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large, complex customer programs from scoping to deployment and handoff.
• Interface between executive customer stakeholders and Field AI’s Product, Solutions, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Translate customer objectives into program requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Indirectly lead Technical Project Managers and coordinate workstreams to align with program goals.
• Establish program governance with steering meetings, reviews, reporting, decisions, and escalation.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to executives and technical teams.
• Identify and resolve execution challenges, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Align product roadmaps with customer commitments and organizational capacity.
• Manage customer expectations while maintaining professionalism and strong relationships.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
