M&T Bank is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Buffalo, NY for a hybrid role based at the M&T Center. You will lead complex strategic initiatives, partner with business leaders, risk, compliance, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will manage staff across multiple projects, govern scopes and budgets, and drive governance mechanisms and executive reporting to enable program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of PM experience, or 12 years combined education/work.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience establishing program governance and executive reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple related projects and ongoing operations across 3+ functions.
• Develop project plans, forecasts and schedules; capture requirements.
• Ensure plans include cost, risk, quality and resource plans.
• Monitor progress, manage budget/forecast, and control changes.
• Communicate status to executives; mitigate risks.
• Foster team performance and cross-functional coordination.
