Job summary

Centene is seeking a Program Manager IV to coordinate the implementation of regulatory requirements and drive remediation across multiple teams. The role includes creating executive communications and dashboards for updates to the leadership team.

You will lead enterprise-scale data governance and healthcare data quality initiatives, oversee scope, schedule, and budget, and work remotely from anywhere in the United States. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale, cross-functional projects for implementation or process improvements, coordinating with organizational leaders.
• Coordinate work of project managers and analysts across operations, finance, and benefits teams.
• Create executive dashboards and reports for ongoing analytics post-implementation.
• Develop and deliver training materials for indirect reports and peers.
• Prepare documents for Program Steering Committees and communicate risks to leadership.
• Proactively manage risk, budgets, dependencies, and strategic opportunities.
• Serve as escalation point for issues and risks, coordinating remediation with project teams.
