Mindlance in Richmond, VA seeks a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead a complex enterprise acquisition/integration initiative within Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM). The role requires 7+ years of hands-onPM experience and strong cross-functional leadership.

You will coordinate across ESM, HR, Technology/Cyber, Finance and Procurement, managing risks and dependencies while guiding teams with agile and waterfall practices. Onsite 3 days/week in Richmond.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on project/program management experience.
• Senior/Lead-level project leadership experience.
• Strong cross-functional enterprise program experience.
• Agile + Waterfall/Traditional PM experience.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management.
• Executive/senior leadership communication.
• Ability to independently drive projects and make recommendations.
• Richmond, VA local and onsite 3 days/week.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise programs independently.
• Coordinate across ESM, HR, Technology/Cyber, Finance, Procurement and other business teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and deliverables.
• Identify gaps/dependencies and proactively drive resolution.
• Influence teams without direct authority and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Prepare and present executive-level project updates and recommendations.
• Use both Agile and traditional/Waterfall project management.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting and tracking using PowerPoint/Excel/Word or Google Workspace.
