Mindlance in Richmond, VA seeks a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead a complex enterprise acquisition and integration initiative within Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM). You will drive cross-functional programs and present updates to senior leadership.

The role combines Agile and Waterfall methods, requires strong risk and dependency management, and demands independent decision making while coordinating across ESM, HR, Technology/Cyber, Finance and Procurement.
