You’ll partner with Professional Services, Architecture, and Operations to deliver cloud, networking, security, and software delivery initiatives while driving governance and delivery excellence.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, risk mitigation, and operational excellence, with a base pay range reflective of DC-area markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex engineering projects, enterprise programs, or management consulting.
• Strong understanding of waterfall and agile delivery methodologies and governance.
• Ability to influence strategy and communicate with executives using data-driven recommendations.
• Experience designing scalable project management frameworks, governance processes, and delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects and programs spanning multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
• Provide end-to-end governance across intake, planning, estimation, risk assessment, execution, and post-implementation review.
• Partner with Professional Services, architects, and operations to deliver complex cloud, networking, security, and software delivery initiatives.
• Identify delivery risks and dependencies, mitigate issues, and ensure alignment with executive priorities.
• Build executive communications, business cases, ROI analyses, and status reports for leadership.
