Job summary

Allegis Group seeks a Project Manager to plan and deliver OpCo Enablement initiatives across a matrixed organization. You will lead end-to-end delivery, develop detailed plans, manage resources, and ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget outcomes for assigned workstreams.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams, partners, and consultants across time zones, translating technical needs into business terms, and reporting progress to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; 10+ years managing large-scale technology or business transformation programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• PMP certification required; Agile/PgMP or equivalent certifications strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning and delivery of one or more program workstreams, ensuring alignment to goals and timelines.
• Develops and maintains detailed project plans, including WBS, sequencing, and schedules.
• Manages cross-workstream dependencies and keeps the program on the critical path.
• Manages team capacity and resource allocation to meet timelines.
• Identifies and mitigates risks and issues with escalation as needed.
• Coordinates with the Organizational Change Management team for alignment.
• Participates in regular status reporting with data-driven transparency.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders, delivery partners, and business units.
