Job summary

You will partner with executive sponsors, shape demand intake, assess readiness, and align resources to the firm’s strategic objectives. You will mentor PM teams, establish governance structures, and drive enterprise delivery discipline with a focus on risk management, dependencies, and measurable value across departments including Technology, Finance, HR,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional enterprise projects and programs.
• PMP or comparable certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise projects and programs from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, schedules, and governance artifacts.
• Mentor and coach PMs and project teams on PMO standards and delivery disciplines.
• Promote accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
