Job summary

PNC is seeking a Program Manager III for the Enterprise Change Management organization in Pittsburgh, PA or hub locations. The role leads complex, cross-functional programs with budgets typically over $25M and requires strong planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.

The candidate will mentor other program managers, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure delivery across multiple distribution channels.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree.
• Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
• Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross functional program/project team to ensure execution of organizational programs supporting corporate strategy.
• Manage general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; influence decisions to achieve goals.
• Oversee program budget and reporting; ensure program success.
• Evaluate implementation and effectiveness of programs; recommend enhancements based on results.
• Mentor other program managers and collaborate with service partner leadership for consistent delivery across channels.
