Job summary

PNC is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex, cross-functional software and business initiatives within the Linga PMO. Based in Naples, FL, Pittsburgh, PA, or another location, you will drive governance, scope clarity, and KPI reporting while partnering with product, engineering, and operations teams.

You will mentor teams, promote accountability, and deliver executive-facing updates on risks, decisions, and next steps, helping mature PMO practices in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in software, technology, business operations, or PMO environments.
• Experience supporting portfolio reporting, project governance, or cross-functional launch activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional software and business initiatives aligning with PMO standards.
• Partner with product, engineering, operations, and stakeholders to clarify scope and success criteria.
• Maintain accurate project health, milestones, risks, and capacity reporting to support portfolio visibility.
• Drive consistent PMO processes, templates, and governance across projects.
