Job summary

Provenir is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the United States to lead high-complexity software implementations for tier-one banks and financial institutions. You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor Project Managers, and serve as the trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

You will orchestrate global teams, manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk, while growing client satisfaction and shaping delivery methodologies across engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Project Management delivering large-scale software implementations for banks or major financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; PMP/PRINCE2 certification required.
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese beneficial for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead flagship engagements for tier-one banks and large financial institutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery: scope, requirements, staffing, budget, and milestones.
• Escalation point for executive stakeholders and mentor for Project Managers and Consultants.
• Coordinate global, cross-regional teams and third-party vendors.
• Document decisions, actions, issues, and risks; maintain project artifacts.
• Shape solution requirements in collaboration with Architects and Consultants.
• Lead UAT and manage risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations.
